This tutorial requires Remotly installed on both computers and an active Remotly account. If you have not done that yet, see Getting started.
Set up Remotly on the remote PC
Run Remotly on the PC you want to access, enter your Remotly username and password and click Login.
A successful login is confirmed with a popup.
The login status is also shown at the top of the Remotly window. After logging in, the tutorial inside the app guides you through the remaining setup.
Set up Remotly on the PC you connect from
Make sure Remotly on the remote PC is running and logged in. Run Remotly on the controlling PC and log in with the same account.
After logging in, use the Devices icon on the left panel to see the list of computers you can connect to.
Connecting to a PC
Remotly starts connecting and shows a connection popup.
After a successful connection you see the remote desktop in a new window.
Continue with Remote PC control basics or Game Mode.
Device authorization
To keep your PC secure, every new device that connects for the first time must be authorized on the remote PC. Confirm the authorization popup on the remote computer once.
